Great question. Coach has you on RDLs twice this week because your hamstring-to-quad strength ratio is still developing — right now it's at 0.52, and the target is 0.60. Stronger hamstrings protect your ACL during the cutting movements you do in practice. You did RDLs Monday at 135 lbs — tomorrow you're at 140.
That makes sense. Also my left knee felt tight during lateral shuffles today, maybe like a 3 out of 10.
